Avis Johnson has been with Mandeville House for 13 years.  She serves as Alternate Manager as well as a Certified Medication Technician and care giver.  Her generous care and friendly disposition is welcomed by residents and families alike.  She contributes to facility efforts to maintain and improve quality of care through participation in Care Plan Meetings, Quality Assurance meetings, and in-service training programs for new staff.
