Mavis Payne, Director of Mandeville House, LLC where she functions as the clinical administrator and delegating nurse.  Ms. Payne graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1997 with a B.A. in Psychology.  After 22 years in the telecom, satellite communications, and the customer operations field she ventured into geriatric nursing.  She was issued a Registered Nurse license in 2008 from the Maryland Board of Nursing.  In August 2003, Mavis Payne established Mandeville House, a licensed (#08AL0060-H, Reg.# 8390) senior assisted living facility located in Waldorf, MD. In 2015 Ms. Payne co-founded the Coalition of Assisted Living Providers (CoALP) a 501c3 organization. It's mission is to provide effective health care and human services to seniors and to foster advances in public health and social services in the state of Maryland.
